SECURITY TIPS OF THE DAY

Environmental Components

Designed as a daily refresher training tool, Security Tips of the Day is an automatic tool that delivers awareness tips, keeping in the forefront how a user can protect and secure information. A simple interactive product that sends a one-a-day question and answer screen to users on security policy and issues. Below is the Security Tips of the Day environmental specifications.

Client (customer agency):
Microsoft Windows desktops (multiple OS versions) running Internet Explorer.

Server (agency operated): IIS, Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Oracle 10G DB.
(Administrative module use requires Citrix and RSA authentication, by policy, but not by technology; requires Oracle AS and Portal by Design.)

Scalability: The server side configuration can easily be scaled by adding IIS servers and Oracle Servers (or CPUs) as customer base expands. Each customer agency will have a unique set of data tables (schema) to enhance security of data.
